HR Advisor

We re working with a large, fast-paced international business that is looking for an experienced HR professional to join its UK HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the trusted HR partner to managers and stakeholders and who thrives on dealing with complex employee relations matters. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you ll become a key point of contact for employee relations and UK employment law, providing practical, commercially focused advice across the organisation. You ll take ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, covering everything from disciplinary and grievance matters through to performance, absence, organisational change and other complex people issues. You ll also play an important role in coaching managers, improving HR policies and processes, delivering training and identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and UK employment law Manage ER cases from start to finish, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, absence, flexible working and conduct matters Support managers through investigations, hearings, consultations and other sensitive processes Coach and develop managers to improve ..... full job details .....
