What''s the role?Provide expert HR advice and support to managers, employees and wider stakeholders on a range of HR matters, including performance, absence management, employee relations and policy development. Manage and deliver HR administration support for business areas. This is a key role in supporting HRBPs combining the implementation of HR strategy that aligns with The organisation''s objectives and delivering first class operational support. Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for all HR-related queries, providing timely and professional responses. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. For example, performance/talent management, absence and employee relations. Support HRBPs with investigations and disciplinary process. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and legally compliant.
