Ashley Kate are proud to be partnering exclusively with a well-respected manufacturing business in Ripley on a HR Advisor role.Due growth and investment now is an exciting time to join the business as they continue with their people focused journey.Reporting to the HR Business partner you will be joining a well-established HR team and play a key part in the commercial and cultural journey the business is on. Based on site in Ripley you will also be required to travel to other sites in the Derbyshire area.This role is paying 35k - 40k dependant on experience.Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmFull time, permanent, Flexibility is required to cover the night shift operation. There may also be occasional travel to Coventry when required.As an HR Advisor, you will serve as a main point of contact for all HR-related matters, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees, apply and uphold HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and contributing to employee relations and people-focused initiatives.HR Advisor - About you. Solid knowledge of UK employment law and modern HR practices. Confident in managing a wide range of employee relations matters from start to finish. Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with care and professionalism. Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and in person.
