Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to deliver strategic HR initiatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Champion a people-first approach, ensuring HR supports both operational needs and employee wellbeing
Help foster a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Essential: Previous experience working in a small business environment, ideally within social housing or a related sector
Essential: Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders, including CEOs, in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic setting
Essential: A calm, measured approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in getting to know the business and its people
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
