Key expertise, skills, and attributes required are:At least 3 years'' experience in HR with up to date working knowledge of employment legislation and case lawWorked in SME''s, responsible for all aspects of HRUsed to dealing with people management challengesER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence managementManaged complex disciplinary, and grievance casesNot risk averse, with the ability to advise leadership on best course of actionTribunal Case Management / Hearings - an advantage but not essentialCommercial approach with knowledge of how business operatesAn open and inquisitive mindExcellent communication and listening skillsAgility to manage multiple clients and stakeholdersResilient and resourcefulMost important, sense of humourIdeally CIPD Level 5 qualifiedThe role is full time, based out of the Northampton town centre office/home with client visits as required.If interested, please contact Kim to find out more. ..... full job details .....
