HR Advisor Multiple Locations around Lincolnshire Role: Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases.Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment law requirements are applied consistently.Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and reporting.Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and support wellbeing initiatives.Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and apprenticeship programmes.Support ethical audits, customer requirements, and health and safety initiatives Requirements: CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).HR experience within a manufacturing or food manufacturing enviroment is desirable We act as an Employment Agency/Business with regards to this vacancy.
