HR Advisor 

Multiple Locations around Lincolnshire 

Role:

• Provide HR advice and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment law requirements are applied consistently.
• Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and reporting.
• Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and apprenticeship programmes.
• Support ethical audits, customer requirements, and health & safety initiatives

Requirements:

• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable).
• HR experience within a manufacturing or food manufacturing enviroment is desirable
