The Role As HR Advisor, you''ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR advisory service, partnering with managers across the business and supporting a broad range of people matters, with a particular focus on Employee Relations. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied ER caseload from start to finish. Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and suspension cases.
