Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected organisation in Lanarkshire to recruit an experienced HR Adviser on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative HR team, you will play a key role in delivering expert employee relations support, partnering with managers across the organisation to navigate people matters and drive positive employee outcomes. The Opportunity This role is ideally suited to an experienced HR professional with a strong employee relations background who enjoys building trusted relationships, coaching managers, and providing pragmatic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a varied ER caseload, ensuring issues are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, organisational policies and best practice. Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and conduct matters. Provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers on people-related issues. Lead and support investigations, hearings and appeals where required. Ensure all employee relations matters are managed in line with employment legislation, policies and best practice. Prepare accurate documentation, reports and case records.
