HR Adviser

We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious-client based in West Bromwich .

The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role .

The role would require you to work primary-at West-Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion(A pool car will be available for this )

Summary of duties are below along with level of experience-

Summary of Tasks:

• Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, these will extensively include Absence Mgt, Grievance, Disciplinary -etc
• Supporting with Recruitment, Interviews and Onboarding
• System processing employment changes
• Coordinate and attend trade union meetings

• Experienced at interim type work and able to hit ground running quickly
• Experienced Employee Relations Advisor
• Trade Union experience is ideal, however not essential
• Flexible to work additional hours if needed
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Converse with varying level of the organisation
