HR Adviser

We are currently recruiting for a HR adviser for our prestigious client based in West Bromwich .The ideal candidate must have some previous experience working in a similar role .The role would require you to work primary at West Bromwich but you may be required to work out of Cardiff and Lincoln on occasion -(A pool car will be available for this )Must be able to drive Summary of duties are below along with level of experience Summary of Tasks:Advising Line Managers on areas of the Employment Life cycle, these will extensively include Absence Mgt, Grievance, Disciplinary etcSupporting with Recruitment, Interviews and OnboardingSystem processing employment changesCoordinate and attend trade union meetings Level of Experience:Experienced at interim type work and able to hit ground running quicklyExperienced Employee Relations AdvisorTrade Union experience is ideal, however not essentialFlexible to work additional hours if neededAble to work independently and part of a teamConverse with varying level of the organisationPlease apply online or call (phone number removed) to discuss ..... full job details .....
