Job title: HR Administrator Location: Sheffield Duration: 3 month contract Day rate: £200-£250/day (PAYE) About the Role Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to our client based in Sheffield on a 3 month contract. In this key role, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, serving as a primary point of contact across the full employee lifecycle, coordinating employee relations case work, supporting internal recruitment, and ensuring smooth, compliant daily operations aligned with FCA regulatory standards. What You''ll Do Core Responsibilities: Draft and issue key HR documentation throughout the employee journey, including offer letters, contracts, role changes, and exit papers. Provide end-to-end administrative coordination for ER cases, including logging, tracking, and assisting with capability, disciplinary, and grievance procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for grievance inquiries, preparing investigation packs and organising formal hearings in full alignment with policy guidelines. Act as official note-taker during formal employee relations meetings, producing clear, precise, and timely records. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment by drafting job adverts, coordinating interview panels, managing candidate communications, and overseeing seamless onboarding checks.
