My client is looking for an HR administrator to join the existing team
Duties of an HR Administrator:-
- Coordinate the recruitment process
- Administer DBS checks
- Keep staff records up to day
- Oversee absence management
- Coordinate sickness
- Administer leavers documentation /SSP/SPP
- Interview for vacancies as and when needed
- Point of contact for payroll
- General Administration
- Ideal candidate will be working towards CIPD qualification of NVQ L3 or equivalent
