HR AdministratorLocation: Mitcham (free off street parking or discounted rate car park)Salary: £26k-£30kHours: 8:30am-5:30pm (fully office-based)Job Type: Temp - Perm The OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team supporting a fast-paced operational environment in Mitcham. Initially a temp role, a key focus of this role will be tackling a backlog of HR records, requiring the successful candidate to independently review, organise and maintain large volumes of confidential employee files. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration and Employee LifecyclePayroll and Data SupportAbsence ManagementRecruitment AdministrationEmployee Relations SupportHR Systems, Reporting and ComplianceAdditional DutiesSupport HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Assist with employee engagement, CSR and internal communication activities.Help coordinate newsletters, surveys and employee communications.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Requirements:Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar HR support role.Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Apply NowIf you are an experienced HR Administrator ..... full job details .....
