HR Administrator
to join the small but dedicated People and Culture team. Based in modern offices, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of all HR operations, helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience across every department - from the kitchens,through to front-of-house and housekeeping.This is a rare opportunity to work behind the scenes of a celebrated luxury environment, where no two days are the same and attention to detail is everything.Key responsibilities include:Managing employee files, contracts, and onboarding documentationSupporting payroll administration and HR system updatesCoordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communicationPreparing HR correspondence and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with induction planning, training records, and internal communicationsProviding first-line support on HR queries with warmth and professionalismWho were looking for:Previous experience in a hospitality or luxury service HR environment would be ideal but not a predictor of successA passion for HR or ongoing education in the HR fieldAdministration experience absolutely essential alongside longevity in your previous positionsNaturally discreet, efficient, and people-focusedStrong administrative and IT skills (HRIS experience advantageous)Clear, confident communication style and exceptional attention to detailA proactive, can-do attitude and love for structure in a fast-paced settingIf you thrive in elegant surroundings and pride yourself on supporting excellence, wed love to hear from ..... full job details .....
