The Role
Join our dynamic IT team as a HPC Infrastructure Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. You''ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting our IT strategy and implementing cutting-edge solutions to drive business growth.Due to the critical nature of this position, the role is an onsite position (5 days per week).What you will do
Enhance our CPU, GPU, HPC, and cloud infrastructureImplement upgrades, patching, and system enhancementsProvide expertise with technologies such as Linux, CUDA, SLURM, Python etc.Innovate to maintain the highest standards for our technology stackDrive IT solutions that align with our business objectivesResearch and evaluate new technology solutionsCollaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and simulation engineers to accelerate workflowsContinuously learn and apply best practices, supporting the business to evolveContribute to our IT strategy and roadmap implementationWhat the ideal candidate looks like
Knowledge with on-prem HPC systems running LinuxProficiency in MacOS, and Windows, including virtualization and scriptingExperience shaping and following IT processes, with a focus on documentationPractical knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, InTune, Exchange Online, and Office 365Knowledge of cloud beneficial but not necessary (e.g., AWS, Azure)Ability to scope and deliver projects effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions efficientlyPassion for supporting the IT strategy of a fast-growing tech startupWhat we offer
