We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer (Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Specialist) to join a leading biopharmaceutical company based in the London area. As the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and support of modern endpoint management solutions across the organisation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the IT Infrastructure Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager environments.

2. Develop and maintain device compliance policies, application deployment strategies, and patch management processes.

3. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint configuration and software distribution.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the IT Infrastructure Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.

2. Proven industry experience in endpoint management.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and VMware virtualisation environments.
