You will work directly with applicants to understand their circumstances, identify appropriate housing options, and provide advice, guidance, and practical support to help resolve their housing needs.The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, working with individuals who may be experiencing complex challenges, including those at risk of homelessness, rough sleeping, or domestic abuse.
