Housing Services Manager

SQRDWe are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead a busy Homes Team delivering high-quality housing management services across general needs, sheltered and private leased properties.You will drive service performance, manage landlord relationships, and ensure customers sustain successful tenancies through proactive management of arrears, ASB and safeguarding.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a housing management teamOversee tenancy management, rent arrears, ASB and safeguardingManage private landlords and lease agreementsMonitor KPIs including voids, rent collection and performance targetsImprove processes, efficiency and service deliveryManage budgets and ensure compliance with housing legislationBuild partnerships with local authorities and external agenciesRequirementsEssential:Experience in housing management / social housingStrong knowledge of tenancy law, landlord responsibilities and housing policyProven team leadership and performance managementExperience managing KPIs, budgets and service deliveryExcellent communication and stakeholder managementDesirable:CIH Level 4 (or working towards)Experience with housing systems (MRI, Reapit, etc.)Knowledge of property maintenanceSkillsLeadership and decision-makingCustomer-focused and results-drivenProblem-solving and conflict resolutionStrong organisational and analytical skillsAdditional RequirementsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleFlexible working approach Apply today by submitting your CV and a ..... full job details .....
