About the RoleAs a Housing Resolutions Officer, you will provide tailored housing options advice to households in temporary accommodation, ensuring they have every opportunity to move into settled housing - including private rented, intermediate, and social housing options.You''ll also manage suitability reviews, investigate fear-of-violence cases, handle tenancy-related concerns, and work closely with partner agencies to ensure households receive holistic support. Key Responsibilities Visit households in temporary accommodation and offer clear, personalised housing options advice. Support residents to understand and navigate intermediate, private rented, and social housing pathways. Work with the Housing Assessment and Lettings Team to monitor bidding activity and help households make informed choices. Refer and signpost households to relevant services (e.g. employment, training, children''s services, adult care).
