Key Responsibilities:Support the development and delivery of new-build housing projects from inception to completionLiaise with statutory bodies, developers, consultants, and internal stakeholdersAssist with procurement, budgeting, and financial monitoringEnsure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and grant requirementsSupport grant funding applications and claimsAttend design team and site meetings and assist in managing consultants and contractorsSupport handover, defects management, and post-completion reviewsEssential Requirements:Degree level qualification or equivalentExperience delivering new build housing projectsExperience working within a social housing environmentKnowledge of construction legislation and housing grant fundingStrong communication, organisational, and report writing skillsDesirable:Construction-related qualification (eg Project Management, QS, Architecture, Planning)Membership of a relevant professional bodyExperience of procurement and development viability assessmentThis role suits a motivated individual with a strong interest in affordable housing delivery and collaborative project ..... full job details .....
