You will work with individuals and families facing homelessness, assessing their circumstances and providing tailored advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of applicants, completing detailed housing needs assessments, developing Personalised Housing Plans, and working proactively to prevent homelessness wherever possible.
