The manager is looking for a fully competent Housing Options Officer who can:

• Manage cases from triage through to final homelessness decisions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Housing Reduction Act (HRA).
• Understand homelessness legislation, case law and the five homelessness tests.
