Housing OfficerLocation: RugbyPay Rate:£22.54 - £24.78 per hour UmbrellaContract: 3-Month ContractHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (36 Hours per Week)Working Pattern: 4 Days Office-Based 1 Day RemoteKey ResponsibilitiesManage a designated patch of residential properties, delivering an effective tenancy management service.Conduct tenancy visits, estate inspections, and property inspections.Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes, and tenancy breaches.Support tenants with tenancy sustainment and provide advice on housing-related matters.Manage low-level rent arrears and work with residents to prevent tenancy failure.Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support vulnerable residents.Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.Ensure accurate case records are maintained using housing management systems.Promote safe, clean, and well-managed neighbourhoods through regular estate inspections.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within a Housing Management role.Experience managing tenancy-related casework, including ASB, tenancy breaches, and resident engagement.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practices.The ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise workloads effectively.A full UK driving licence.Business insurance for your own ..... full job details .....
