Part of Housing and Investment, Resident and Estates Services is responsible for providing an end to end tenancy and leasehold management function. In addition, the team carries out statutory consultation, administers right to buy applications and processes other home ownership tasks. The role requires a working knowledge of housing management and practice, and the ability to interpret legislation into understandable guidelines. We are looking for a well organised officer with good attention to detail to help the team to effectively deal with a range of customer enquiries. You will play a lead role in delivering the work of the Council s housing services for a specific area of the borough and to effect the transformation and continuous improvement of frontline housing management across all housing tenures.
