Interim Private Sector Housing Officer

A Bedfordshire Local Authority is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to support a busy Housing Standards service during a period of increased demand.The team is currently seeing a significant rise in service requests relating to damp and mould, retaliatory eviction concerns and poor conditions within privately rented accommodation.
