About the Role

The Housing Officer – South Hams / Plymouth position, based in Plymouth, is a temporary contract paying £20.75 per hour. We’re looking for an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch across Plymouth and South Hams.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Tenancy and housing management
• Customer queries and tenancy enquiries
• Tenancy sign-ups and viewings
• Tenancy breaches and safeguarding
• Estate/community standards
• Resident engagement
• Working with internal teams and external partners
Essential:
£ Social housing experience
£ Tenancy, estate and housing management experience
£ CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
£ Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
£ Strong customer service and organisational skills
£ Basic DBS required
£ Right to work in the UK for the full contract
