Job Title: Housing Officer Location: Brent Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time Pay Rate: PAYE 21 Umbrella 27 per hourOverviewWe''re looking for an experienced Housing Officer to provide an efficient, customer-focused housing management service. You''ll manage a patch of properties, handle tenancy issues, address ASB, support residents, and ensure estates are well maintained and compliant.Key DutiesManage tenancies, conduct sign-ups, visits, and end-of-tenancy checks.Handle ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and neighbour disputes.Carry out estate inspections and coordinate repairs with contractors.Monitor rent accounts and work with tenants to prevent arrears.Support vulnerable residents and make referrals where needed.Maintain accurate records using Orchard (MRI Enterprise) or similar systems.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Housing Officer or similar role.Knowledge of tenancy management, housing law, and ASB processes.Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in housing management systems (Orchard desirable).Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.OfferCompetitive hourly rate with weekly pay.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to make a real impact on residents and communities. ..... full job details .....
