Housing Officer

Park Avenue are partnering with a social housing provider in Essex looking for an experienced Housing Officer on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a role where you''ll be out in your communities, building relationships with residents and making decisions that directly improve their experience of Public Sector housing services.

Your Impact:

• Help residents build stable, sustainable tenancies and feel supported in their homes.
• Create safer neighbourhoods by resolving anti-social behaviour and tenancy-related challenges.
• Improve the quality of local communities through proactive neighbourhood management.
• Deliver positive, lasting outcomes for residents by working collaboratively with partner agencies and support services.
• Be a visible and trusted presence within the community, building strong relationships and improving the resident experience.
• Ensure residents receive a responsive, high-quality housing service when they need it most.

About You:

• Housing Officer experience within social housing, a housing association, council, or wider public sector housing environment.
• Strong tenancy and neighbourhood management knowledge.
• Experience managing ASB and resident casework.
• Excellent communication skills.
