Housing Officer

BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading-Housing Association.-The patch will cover Hammersmith area

• Dealing with anti social behaviour management-
• Complaint responses and resoultion
• Complete annual visits-
• Ensure residents and homes are safe by acting on repairs-

Hours; 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role 4 days in Hammersmith area and 1 day from home

Contract- Temporary ongoing contract to start ASAP

Pay rate: -23.07 PAYE30.50 umbrella
