Hotel Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

This role provides key support to the Asset Management team in a specialist Hotel Real Estate Investor. Analyse and benchmark operating results against budgets, forecasts, market performance and key performance indicators. Support the development and implementation of value-enhancing asset strategies. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting. Participate in annual business planning and budgeting processes. Assist in identifying portfolio risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Develop forecasting models and sensitivity analyses. Support business case preparation for capital projects and investment initiatives. Produce presentations, reports and shareholder materials. Conduct market, operational and industry research.
