A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its market-leading property team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal looking to develop their career within a prestigious practice, supporting high-value residential property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, overseas investors and private banks.The successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with experienced fee earners on a broad range of prime and super-prime residential property matters, gaining exposure to complex transactions and excellent long-term career development.The Residential Real Estate Paralegal role:Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completionDrafting contracts, transfer deeds and reports on titleOrdering and reviewing searches and title documentsRaising and responding to pre-contract enquiriesLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesSupporting exchange and completion, including preparing completion statementsSubmitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applicationsManaging post-completion matters and Land Registry requisitionsMaintaining accurate case files and ensuring regulatory complianceThe successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal:Previous residential conveyancing experience within a law firmStrong understanding of the residential conveyancing processExcellent organisation and attention to ..... full job details .....
