Host Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a Host Manager to lead our front-of-house experience at The Blues Kitchen. As the first face our guests see, you’ll bring a warm presence and a genuine approach to hospitality—managing the door, coordinating bookings, and setting the tone for unforgettable nights. This is a high-volume, late-night venue, so we’re after someone calm under pressure, clear in communication, and confident in keeping everything running smoothly. Greet and seat guests with confidence and careManage bookings, walk-ins, and waitlistsLead and support the host team during busy servicesWork closely with the floor and kitchen to maintain a smooth flowCreate a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the door inwardsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a guest-facing role (ideally at management or supervisor level)Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night settingStrong communication and organisation skillsFriendly, reliable, and professional approachKeen to grow within a hospitality-driven teamWhat to Expect
