As the first face our guests see, you’ll bring a warm presence and a genuine approach to hospitality—managing the door, coordinating bookings, and setting the tone for unforgettable nights. This is a high-volume, late-night venue, so we’re after someone calm under pressure, clear in communication, and confident in keeping everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Greet and seat guests with confidence and careManage bookings, walk-ins, and waitlistsLead and support the host team during busy servicesWork closely with the floor and kitchen to maintain a smooth flowCreate a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the door inwards

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a guest-facing role (ideally at management or supervisor level)Comfortable in a fast-paced, late-night settingStrong communication and organisation skillsFriendly, reliable, and professional approachKeen to grow within a hospitality-driven team

What To Expect

Competitive Pay: £12.25 per hour + tronc (typically up to £16 per hour). Paid every two weeks, with tronc on the last Friday of the month.A lively bar, restaurant, and live music venue with a mix of day and night shifts.No uniforms—just bring your best self.
