Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a full-time permanent position at an exclusive luxury events estate in Kinross - a rare opportunity to lead hospitality operations in one of Scotland''s most distinctive private venues.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest experience across high-end private and corporate events, with the autonomy to shape service standards and develop a front-of-house team in a truly unique setting.

What''s on offer?

  • Full-time permanent position
  • Core hours Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
  • Paid at -38,000 per annum
  • Flexibility required for evenings and weekends in line with estate events

As a Hospitality Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading hospitality operations across all events and day-to-day estate activity
  • Managing and developing front-of-house teams including rotas, training and performance
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences with an uncompromising focus on detail and service
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational compliance

To be considered as a Hospitality Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end events management
  • A confident, hands-on leadership style with strong organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy events calendar
