Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a full-time permanent position at an exclusive luxury events estate in Kinross - a rare opportunity to lead hospitality operations in one of Scotland''s most distinctive private venues.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest experience across high-end private and corporate events, with the autonomy to shape service standards and develop a front-of-house team in a truly unique setting.What''s on offer?Full-time permanent positionCore hours Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per weekPaid at 38,000 per annumFlexibility required for evenings and weekends in line with estate eventsAs a Hospitality Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading hospitality operations across all events and day-to-day estate activityManaging and developing front-of-house teams including rotas, training and performanceDelivering exceptional guest experiences with an uncompromising focus on detail and serviceCoordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event executionMaintaining high standards of health, safety and operational complianceTo be considered as a Hospitality Manager, you will need:Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end events managementA confident, hands-on leadership style with strong organisational skillsA genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiencesThe ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy events calendarStrong communication and team leadership ..... full job details .....
