Hospitality Learning Coach - FOH and BOH

Our client, a leading education and training provider, is seeking a Hospitality Learning Coach for a permanent position. This role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional who can use their industry knowledge to coach learners and support them in achieving their apprenticeship standards.Key Responsibilities:Coach learners in their workplace, supporting the development of hospitality knowledge, skills and behavioursWork with learners across front of house and back of house environments, including food and beverage, reception, housekeeping and food productionSupport learners to meet the requirements of their hospitality apprenticeship standardPlan and deliver engaging training and coaching sessions tailored to individual learning needsMonitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate recordsBuild positive relationships with learners, employers and internal education teamsWork effectively towards targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of learner supportContribute to an inclusive, supportive and progressive learning environmentJob Requirements:Experience in both front of house and back of house hospitality operationsHotel and housekeeping experience is desirableRelevant vocational experience in food and beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, beverage service or hospitality team leadershipNVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or an equivalent qualificationStrong communication, organisation and self-motivation skillsAbility ..... full job details .....
