About the Role Working alongside our Hospitality Manager/Chef, you will support the preparation and service of meals for hostel residents, caf customers and community events. You will help create safe, welcoming environments, maintain high standards of hygiene and customer care, and ensure everyone receives a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: PreparingandservingmealsinourhostelandBeaconCaf .Supportingcommunitymealsandspecialevents.Maintainingexcellentfoodhygiene,healthandsafetystandards.Supportingstockmanagement,deliveriesandfoodstorage.Providingoutstandingcustomerservicetoresidents,volunteersandvisitors.Workingaspartofarota-basedteamacrosssevendays,includingweekendsandbankholidays. AboutYou We are looking for someone who: Hasexperienceincatering,hospitality,foodserviceoracaf environment.Understandsfoodhygieneandsafefoodhandlingpractices.Providesexcellentcustomerservicewithafriendlyandapproachablemanner.Workswellaspartofateamandcanmanageabusyworkload.Communicateseffectivelywithpeoplefromdiversebackgrounds.Isreliable,flexibleandcommittedtolearninganddevelopment.
