As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for providing service excellences to our customers, guests and clients on events, conferences and Weddings.10-11 Carlton House, just a stones throw from the decadent Pall Mall and St James. Grand in scale, intricate in detail, {10-11} Carlton House Terrace is a venue steeped in history and an exceptional canvas for any event – from wedding receptions and corporate conferences to banquets and summer parties.As a Hospitality Assistant you will receive the following industry leading benefits:50% discount across Searcys venuesEnrolment into the Searcys pension schemeUp to 38days annual leave (dependant on job role)Access to everyday discounts and communication portalEmployee assistance programmeMeals provided on shift when working within one of our venueCycle to work schemeYour birthday off to celebrate in styleA day off to volunteer / give back to the charity of your choiceThe Hospitality Assistant will be supporting, monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guests, clearing throughout events, and delivering a service to Searcys industry-leading standards.Responsibilities:Ensuring that there is clean furniture, dining tables and chairs available for the guests and ensuring presentation is at the forefront of everything you do.Clean and polish all cutlery and glasses/crockery for the next eventSetup dining/meeting spaces with accuracy and care.Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.To serve our guests with a genuine and positive demeanour.
