Job DescriptionThe Hospitality Assistant supports food and beverage service to customers, clears throughout events, and supports the cafe.

Job DetailsType: 0 hours Contract

Salary: £13.85 hourly

Responsibilities

Clean and polish all cutlery, glasses, and crockery for upcoming events

Prepare food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces

Work independently and take initiative

Serve guests with professionalism and high-quality service

Serve alcoholic beverages at licensed bars

Use coffee machines

Assist with deliveries

Ensure all hospitality items are available and report shortages

Manage linen and equipment for events

Qualifications

Strong product knowledge (food/beverage)

Excellent communication skills

Proactive and initiative-taker

Good time management

Team player

Strong presentation skills

Excellent customer care skills
