Hospitality Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established, highly regarded hospitality venue in the beautiful and desirable Brighton location.

We''re looking for a confident and personable Hospitality Assistant Manager to help lead a friendly team and deliver exceptional service across a busy, varied venue hosting events, functions and hospitality experiences.

This is a fantastic hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven hospitality, catering or restaurant experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident team leadership abilities
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Food safety knowledge
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Barista or events experience would be a bonus
