We''re currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager / Team Leader to join the team at a busy high-street practice, supporting the current manager and playing a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the practice. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced optical professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You''ll work closely with the current manager, supporting and motivating a team of around 8-9 colleagues on a daily basis, helping to keep the practice running smoothly and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service. The Practice The practice is a busy high-street store with 4 testing rooms and a wider team of around 24 colleagues across two practices. The practice is easily accessible, with the train station just 3 minutes away, nearby bus links and staff parking available approximately 5 minutes away.
