The purposeof this role is to provide first class service to our members, their families,guests and all visitors to our Loveday care homes and to achieve this bylearning, adopting and maintaining the Loveday Way of delivering outstandinglevels of service in hospitality in both Front Of house and Food and Beverage operations.Reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality you will be required to work in adual role, to include FandB service delivery and on reception in the capacityas a host, to meet and greet our members and guest, assisting and directingthem with the purpose of their visit. The main requirement in this role is toprovide seamless FandB Service to all our members and guestsMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeetand greet guests on arrival in a warm and friendly mannerSupport the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday diningexperiences.Prepare mise-en-place and make sure all cutlery, plates and glasswareare polished.Set up tables according to the Loveday and Co Dining StandardsFollow the service steps for each meal service.To serve members and guests beverages and refreshments as and when requiredin all day dining areaEnsure that all fridges and snack areas are always fully stocked.Recognise regular visitors and interact warmly with families.Maintain all stock levels of consumables i.e. teas, coffees, sugars,disposables, drinks (with the support of the Hospitality Lead.Check the cleanliness in common areasand guest bathrooms throughout the day and liaise with housekeeping team toensure all areas are always immaculate.Respond to queries and direct clients as required, referring tothe general manager as necessary.Answer incoming calls and redirect or take messages as necessary.Receive deliveries and post and sort and distribute all postdeliveries.Monitor guests/clients via the CCTV and door entry call systemensuring they gain entrance and are able to exit the building as required.Ensure reception area is kept tidy and clutter free.To adhere and comply to all Health and Safety proceduresProvide ad hoc support as required by the businessRenumeration,Perks and BenefitsStaffMealsHealthAssured Employee Assistance ProgramDiscretionaryBonusChristmasand summer partiesComprehensiveTraining and DevelopmentScopefor progression and promotion within the company as we grow from two CareHomes to the development and subsequent opening of five new homes inLondon.In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996,all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or mustobtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
