Delivering excellent customer serviceAssist in the preparation of tables and to ensure all cutlery and glassware is polishedServe all food to the highest standardPrepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to the Houston and Hawkes standardKeep a record of all hospitality delivered and ensure it is all collected at the stated timeEnsure hospitality rooms are left tidyServing customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experienceMonitor and maintain hygiene and cleaning standardsHandle customer complaints with professionalism and tactHospitality Assistant Requirements

Previous experience as Hospitality Assistant within contract catering, 5* hotel or fine dining brasseriePositive attitude, professionalism and respect for othersPassionate, friendly, diligent and a great team playerExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work quickly and efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met irrespective of conflicting prioritiesDiplomatic, with the ability to deal with confidential matters discreetlyHospitality Assistant Additional Benefits
