We need talented individuals and strive to create an engaging, inspiring, and valued environment for our team members.Your key responsibilities as the Hospitality Assistant will include:Ensure the full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented, and stocked at all timesMaintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clientsOperate the till as required during service, following correct proceduresHandle customer complaints professionally, in line with proceduresAdhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health and Safety regulations, reporting any incidents accordinglyWork at the bar area, preparing hot and cold beveragesAssist with event support as neededWorking Pattern

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7Skills and Experience

We offer a salary of up to £13.15 per hour.
