Homeowner Services Officer Eastleigh 3-Month Temporary Contract 37 Hours/wk £18.70 per hour We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold and shared ownership propertiesHandling service charge enquiriesInvestigating and resolving lease breachesManaging lease extensions alongside legal teamsAdvising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents and enfranchisementAbout You:Strong experience in leasehold and shared ownership managementGood knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord and Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)Confident handling complex and sensitive casesProfessional, proactive and solutions-focusedThis is a great opportunity for an experienced leasehold professional to step into a specialist team environment.
