We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.

About You:
- Strong experience in leasehold and shared ownership management
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord and Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
- Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
- Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
