Homelessness OfficerLondon Hybrid Rate: £30.77 per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35 Initial Contract Length: 3 Months Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (36 hours per week)Role summaryAn experienced Homelessness Officer is required to support a Housing Services team within a local authority setting. This role will focus on delivering high-quality homelessness casework across prevention and relief duties, with a particular emphasis on working with families.You will be responsible for managing a complex caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met in line with homelessness legislation and policies, while delivering a customer-focused service led by empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
