Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with a valued client and elderly care provider for a Home Manager in Cambridge.

The home is a small sized elderly care home that provides residential care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area. The home is a purpose built home and has always performed really well both operationally and with CQC.

You will be supported by a supportive regional and quality team along side a Deputy Manager and full time admin.

The candidate

The ideal Home Manager should be someone who has a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines and has management experience within a care setting. 

You could be a Deputy Manager looking to step up or an experience manager looking for a change of scenary. This role is all about leadership and having good leaderships skills is the most important.

Location: The home is based in the Cambridge area and is commutable from Peterbrough, Northampton, Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Luton, Huntingdon, Bedford, Corby and Chelmsford
