This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate leader to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, driving quality, compliance, occupancy, and team development while ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support. The home has a strong local reputation, a committed staff team, and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a visible impact while being supported by engaged Directors, HR support, and compliance expertise. The Role As Home Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and developing a dedicated care team to deliver outstanding resident care. Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation. Maintaining high standards of care, resident experience, and clinical governance. Managing occupancy levels, enquiries, admissions, and relationships with families and professionals. Recruiting, retaining, supervising, and developing colleagues. Managing staffing levels, budgets, agency usage, and operational performance. Driving continuous improvement and developing annual service improvement plans.
